Featuring a carefully curated selection of teas representing different seasons and tea-making styles, this two-hour experience is personally hosted by Chang-Li Wang, who will guide you through the unique terroir of Lishan, its high-altitude growing environment, and the craftsmanship behind each tea.

Four Seasons of Lishan
🌱 Spring & Winter | Sen Yun – Premium Lishan High-Mountain Oolong
Grown at an elevation of approximately 2,600 metres, surrounded by pristine mountain mist and harvested only twice a year. The dramatic temperature variations and cool alpine climate produce a tea of remarkable purity and finesse.
Delicate fruit aromas are complemented by a distinctive mineral character, while the palate is soft, naturally sweet and exceptionally long in finish.
🍂 Winter | Yun Ding – Lishan Huagang High-Mountain Oolong
A classic expression of Lishan tea, crafted with light oxidation and gentle roasting to achieve an elegant balance of floral notes, creamy sweetness and subtle herbal nuances.
Hints of fine wood emerge gradually on the palate, creating a beautifully layered and lingering finish.
🍁 Autumn | Limited Vintage Lishan Charcoal-Roasted Oolong
Crafted from rare autumn-harvested high-mountain tea leaves and slowly roasted over longan wood charcoal.
The luminous amber liquor reveals a deep yet refined aromatic character, with gentle roasted notes, natural sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.
Presented in traditional hand-wrapped paper packaging and produced in limited quantities, this is a distinctive expression of traditional Taiwanese tea craftsmanship.
🌞 Summer | Xi Xin – Lishan Oolong Black Tea
Made from premium Qingxin Oolong leaves grown in Lishan, this distinctive black tea brings together the aromatic elegance of high-mountain oolong and the richness of fully oxidised tea.
Expect a smooth, caramel-like sweetness accompanied by vibrant floral and fruity notes—a unique expression of Taiwan’s high-mountain terroir and an exceptional example of Taiwanese black tea.
🌿 Mystery Tea | Yin Feng – Organic Lishan High-Mountain Oolong
Harvested only twice a year in the pristine high-altitude environment of Lishan, where persistent mountain mist, cool temperatures and dramatic day-to-night temperature differences encourage thick, flavour-rich leaves.
Elegant fruit aromas mingle with a distinctive cool mineral character reminiscent of fresh mountain air. The palate is rich yet gentle, with natural sweetness, remarkable aromatic persistence and excellent endurance through multiple infusions.
