國際配送須知 International Shipping

台灣連續假期、週末與國定假日將暫停出貨，但照常接單。國定假日與連續假期依照行政院人事行政處公布為主。

1. 因為疫情，航班大幅縮減影響，郵遞時效皆有所延誤，投遞時間延長，請多加利用郵件追蹤查詢最新動態，造成不便請見諒。

Please note that because of COVID-19, the flight departed from Taiwan may be affected. So it may take longer time to deliver.

*部分國家目前郵政系統暫停配送。郵政系統可收件國家以中華郵政公告為主。

2. 為確保送件順利，請協助提供英文姓名、完整的英文收件地址、E-MAIL、當地連絡電話。若配送地區在中港澳日，則可以提供漢字版地址。

Please help provide recipient information, including correct name, address, email and local phone number to ensure successful delivery.

3. 若因收件資訊錯誤(例如收件人、電話、地址錯誤等)，而無法配送，將不退回運費，商品將退回到三寶堂，來回運費由購買者負擔，三寶堂將退回購買之商品金額。若商品因收件資訊滯留海外，將無法退回商品總額。

If the delivery is not successful because of unclear recipient information, the delivery fee will not refundable and you have to pay return shipping fee. We will refund when we receive the returned goods (not including the delivery fee). However, if we do not receive the goods, we would not be able to refund you. If the goods we received is damaged, you may not get a full refund.

4. 若因無人認領之情況導致包裹被退回，客服將會與收件人聯繫確認正確收件地址，並再配送一次，運費則由收件人負擔。

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice or contact you directly for the next delivery. The recipient should pay for the shipping fee.

5. 根據中華民國營業稅法規定，海外地區購物（即銷貨到海外地區）屬免稅性質，出貨單或商業發票視同購買憑証，無需另外開立中華民國發票。

According to tax law in Taiwan, if customers request to ship the goods overseas, we will provide commercial invoice as the receipt. The packing list is also attached in the parcel. 

6. 請注意，寄送海外之訂單，並不提供退換貨服務與退款服務。

The return and refund service is not provided for overseas orders.

7. 各國可能依進口關稅規定，核定貨物是否需要繳交關稅、消費稅。當商品受到抽檢，其費用將由收件人負擔。若收件人不願取貨，相關費用或貨件遭銷毀、退回之損失，亦由訂購人自行負擔。

Orders shipped outside of Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. If the recipient refuses the delivery of the order due to additional charges, and the shipment is to be returned or destroyed, the recipient must be responsible for the loss.

為因應2021年7月歐盟海外進口包裹規定，若收貨地址為在歐盟地區，150歐元以下貨物將被徵稅。

Customers from EU, you may have to pay VAT even though the value is below EUR 150.

*茶葉進口限額2公斤，超過2公斤須作正式報關。

Limit 2 kg for tea. If it is over 2kg, the formal custom clearance is necessary.

茶葉購買重量超過2公斤，依照日本政府規定，將檢附行政院農委會農糧署同意文件，並向海關辦理出口報關手續。因此將採用其他方式配送。

If the net weight of tea leaves of your purchase is over 2kg, based on the rules of Japan Customs, we will provide export certificate and go through formal customs clearance procedure. So it will be shipped by other currier.

Shipping policy

We strive to pack and ship your order in a quick and timely manner. Orders received (Monday thru Friday) will be shipped out the very next business day. You will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. Once the item has been received by the shipping service, all inquiries about shipping should be directed to the service that you have chosen.

Items may be shipped EMS or air parcels by Taiwan Post office and will take approximately 5 to 7 business days depending on the option you have chosen. Shipping providers estimate shipping times and they are not guaranteed. We highly value your business, but please understand that delays or circumstances that are out of our control may arise.
