Charcoal Roasted Cassia Tea
Overview
Charcoal roasted cassia tea is crafted by skilled artisans who meticulously roast the ingredients using traditional methods at low temperatures, allowing a rich aroma to emerge naturally. This tea can be enjoyed in various settings and is ideal for welcoming esteemed guests in restaurants, Japanese dining establishments, barbecue spots, and hot pot venues.
Brewing Instructions
The cassia comes packaged in 600g (1 jin), which can brew approximately 20 liters of water. To prepare the tea, add the cassia to fresh water and bring it to a boil. As the water reaches a rolling boil, the cassia will settle at the bottom. Use a fine mesh filter to strain the tea, resulting in a fragrant cassia tea. For added flavor, it is recommended to incorporate barley tea or rock sugar to enhance the overall taste.
