High Cold Oolong Variety

This tea can be regarded as a classic representative of Li-Shan Alpine Tea. The lightly oxidized processing retains the unique white flower fragrance typical of high-altitude oolong tea, accompanied by a refreshing herbal aroma. After light roasting by the tea master, the aroma becomes richer, achieving a fine balance between sweet creaminess and soft herbal notes, with a subtle hint of woodiness. The lingering aftertaste is enchanting, leaving a long-lasting impression.

Origin Characteristics
The Huagang Tea District is located in Cuihua Village, Ren'ai Township, Nantou County, belonging to the Li-Shan tea system, and sits at an altitude of approximately 2600 meters. After 1990, tea cultivation began to expand in this area, and due to its high elevation and favorable climate, the tea leaves produced here became highly sought after. Today, "Huagang Tea" has become synonymous with top-quality Li-Shan tea.

Accessing Huagang Tea District requires traveling via the Lixing Industry Road, departing from Li-Shan through treacherous mountain roads. Although traffic is inconvenient, the climate is well-suited for tea cultivation, and the 2600-meter elevation contributes to the distinct mountain aroma and sweet aftertaste of the tea leaves. Due to the challenging growth conditions, the tea trees here are only harvested in the spring and winter seasons, primarily using the Qingxin Oolong variety.

Unparalleled Floral Aroma
New buds wrapped in deep mist and rain grow quietly in the Li-Shan region. This high-cold tea is famous for its delicate floral fragrance, offering a refreshing and sweet flavor, exuding a clear and airy bouquet. The interplay of crisp flavors and sweet aftertastes captivates those who consume it.

Refined Tea Experience
Using a fragrance cup, you can slowly savor its complex aromas, enjoying the essence of this oolong tea. The light roasting showcases aromas that differ from the original fresh green scent, with subtle wood notes emerging. The floral fragrance intensifies, and the enduring aftertaste becomes ever more pronounced, evoking a sense of delight.

You can also use the Taiwanese traditional way of brewing - spilling, using Gaiwan, and brewing for 3-5 seconds each time.

Please note that it is natural tea with a high content of active elements, including caffeine and minerals, and some unusual feelings could appear. In that case, we recommend decreasing the quantity of dry leaves and brewing time.
